I have been active throughout my whole life. Whether it be competitive sports, hiking, yoga, pilates, or working out in the gym, I’ve always felt at my best when moving my body.
I have always loved to work with people. After I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, I had an opportunity to work in an organization that improved the lives of the people in my small community. It was a truly rewarding experience, but as time went by, the needs of my children and of our family business pulled me away from social work.
But I always wanted to get back to working with people. I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer so that I can help others to reach their health and wellness goals.
Throughout my journey, I have learned how empowering a supportive and inclusive gym community can be. My goal is to provide fitness and mobility training for everybody. No matter your experience, age or ability, everybody is welcome!
